SINGING/WEDDING
" Anna's voice is magical. She reduced the whole congregation to tears. Men and woman alike. We first heard Anna and her pianist perform at a wedding we were photographing and knew they would be perfect to sing at our son's. Anna kept in touch via email for months leading up to their wedding and was punctual, professional and unassuming on the day. Anna's performance was a surprise for the bride , groom and congregation and was a highlight of the day. Anna sang " From This Moment On" and there wasn't a dry eye in the house. Many of our guests commented on how wonderful she was. We wish Anna and her keyboardist the best of luck in the future and hope to hear her sing again soon. Best wishes." "In October 2015, Anna stepped in at short notice to play a wedding with my function band.Her attitude in the lead up to the gig was professional and enthusiastic asking pertinent questions and showing good familiarity with the nature of function work. When performing it was evident that she's a highly skilled player and sight reader with the technical ability to ornament the music with fills and flourishes where necessary and the stylistic understanding to appreciate when to sit back and lay down a groove. Anna was punctual,personable and helpful on the gig. She had a complete understanding of what gear was needed and setting up and down unobtrusively so that the event could as smoothly as possible.
